​1. Restrictions and Limitations

By using Plugzio services, you agree to comply with the following restrictions:

• You may not use, access, or purchase Plugzio services for the purpose of developing or offering a competing product or service.

• You may not reverse engineer the system or its APIs.

• You may not circumvent, bypass, or otherwise interfere with any access or usage restrictions imposed through the user interface or normal system operations. This includes using our backend APIs with unauthorized third-party front-end clients.

• You may not abuse, overload, or misuse the Plugzio platform or services in any way that could damage Plugzio’s infrastructure, disrupt service availability, or affect other users. This includes, but is not limited to, excessive API calls, automated account creation, or misuse of feedback tools.

• Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, or exploit any part of the service for commercial purposes, including access to or use of the service.​

2. Licenses

Subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms, Plugzio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Plugzio platform and associated dashboards for your personal or business use, in accordance with all applicable laws and these Terms.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty

Your use of the service is at your own risk. The service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Plugzio makes no warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

 

Plugzio does not warrant that:

• The service will meet your specific requirements

• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free

• The results from using the service will be accurate or reliable

• The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained through the service will meet your expectations or

• Any errors or defects will be corrected

 

Any materials downloaded or obtained through the service are accessed at your own discretion and risk. You are solely responsible for any damage to your device or data loss that may result. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from Plugzio or through the service shall create any warranty not expressly stated.

 

4. Limitation of Liability

Plugzio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service

• The cost of obtaining substitute goods or services

• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions

• Statements or conduct of any third party on the service

• Any other matter related to the service.​

5. Exclusions

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such cases, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

6. Termination of Service and Device Suspension

Plugzio reserves the right to terminate your account or access to the service at any time, with or without notice or cause. If you have purchased Plugzio-enabled devices, we may, at our sole discretion, disable smart functionality—rendering them as standard ("dumb") devices with no connected features.

If you request disconnection of service or termination of your account, you may be entitled to a refund of your remaining wallet balance.

 

Refunds are subject to deduction of any outstanding amounts owed to Plugzio, applicable commissions, and fees imposed by payment gateways or third-party service providers. Reactivation of suspended devices may be subject to a reconnection fee.
